   3. Installation of wire testing machine

   4. Common faults and solutions

   Problem 1: The wire testing machine will make a misjudgment when testing a relatively long wire harness

   Solution: Increase the short circuit break judgment value in the setting, and jump to the specification position where the short circuit break can be judged. The specific value needs to be debugged.

   Problem 2: When testing one side, it is often encountered that the test is not accurate enough, or the side splitting in the test is not accurate

   Solution: Shorten the line in the middle of the transfer fixture, and the transfer line should be less than 15CM. The same judgment on the side of the open circuit is the same. Shorten the adapter cables at both ends, so the accuracy will be much higher.

   Problem 3: When the debugging is completely normal, it is found that the wire cannot be automatically tested

   Solution: Check the fixture. A common problem is that the adapter fixture is short-circuited. You can pull out the test harness and the tester self-checks to detect whether there is a problem with the adapter fixture.

   Problem 4: The test method with a larger resistance added to the wiring harness and the problems encountered during the test

   Solution: If a resistor is added to the wiring harness, the range of on-resistance will be exceeded. You can open the component test in the test project, and enter the component editing. Edit resistance. Use the probe to find the point on the 2 end of the resistor and edit it. Automatic learning. It can be tested. Pay attention to the fact that the hand touches the resistance when the error is prone to occur in the process of testing the resistance.
